Overview

NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SENT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All files, images, and designs are the copyright of Ernebrook Designs. You may not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute any of the files or elements from the files included in the listings. With the exception of the optionally included image(s), you may not screenshot, download, or otherwise use any images before or after purchase.

ADDITIONAL LICENSE INFORMATION

Unless otherwise stated, the commercial use included with these files only extends to small business-made physical end products created with cutting machines, sublimation machines, or hand-embroidered products.

Small businesses may create and sell physical kits (<100 kits) made with a laser or cutting machine and sold for construction or completion by the customer or consumer.

For commercial use above 100 kits; licensing for use at events such as craft parties or workshops, or commercial adaptation of designs, please get in touch.

You may not use these files or elements from these files to create any other products, such as but not limited to POD, moulds, or other digital goods.

Once payment has been made, no refunds can be made even if the files haven’t been downloaded. An exception to this is if duplicate purchases of the same file have been made on the same email account. In this instance, contact support@ernebrook.com and a refund voucher may be issued towards a future purchase.
